Big Chief Creative Media Introduces a New Look for Coreland Companies
When we were asked to redesign a website for our very first client, it was an opportunity for us at BCCM to revisit our roots — and a reminder that relationships are the spark that powers our creativity.
Coreland Companies is one of California’s leading commercial real estate service firms, with specialized expertise in the leasing and management of retail properties. Our new web design presents a clean, modern aesthetic supported by eye-catching images, richer online content and features that facilitate quick and easy navigation.
But the real story began nearly 14 years ago, at a Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) meeting. BCCM Founder Alex Ribble was giving a presentation on digital marketing when he met Vicky Hammond (then Director of Marketing for Perkowitz + Ruth Architects), and she recruited BCCM to build her firm’s new website. Ribble recalls, “With our company being so new, it was really a leap of faith for her to take a chance on us.”
Highly satisfied with BCCM’s work, Hammond took BCCM along when she moved to Orange County-based Coreland Companies in 2020, where we’ve supported her marketing efforts ever since. Today, Coreland’s managing principal responsible for initiatives that support corporate growth and enhancement of the firm’s real estate management and brokerage divisions. This is the second iteration of the Coreland Companies site produced by BCCM. In this refreshed version, we expanded the site’s functionality by integrating with a major properties portal to display properties for lease and sale. We also transferred more than 200 commercial real estate-related news articles, making the site a go-to for current industry data and increasing session duration for visitors all while protecting their SEO gains.
